Our Shared Ecosystem Principles
To ensure our limited funding stretches as far as possible and supports the highest number of local explorers, we ask families to review our core guidelines:
  • A Shared Investment: We believe every family should have a stakeholder role in their child's education. Therefore, we encourage all participating families to invest a minimum contribution toward the ticket price, even if it is just a small percentage.
  • The Funding Multiplier: Tuition assistance is awarded based on demonstrated family need and the size of our current sponsor pool. Applicants who request partial assistance (e.g., 25% or 50% subsidy) are highly likely to be matched and approved quickly, as it allows us to split donor funds and send more children into the field. .
  • Strict Confidentiality: All financial aid requests, documents, and allocations are kept entirely private. Camp instructors, mentors, and peers will never know who is attending via a subsidy.
The Application Process
  • Step 1: Select Your Pathway Explore our nature camps amd select the track that aligns with your family’s schedule
  • Step 2: Submit the Online Inquiry Complete a brief digital intake form detailing your child’s age, your preferred Nature camp and any specific accessibility or financial assistance requests.
  • Step 3: Admissions Review & Consultation Our admissions team reviews your submission to ensure cohort balancing.
  • Step 4: Confirmation & Induction Once cleared, you will receive a formal invitation package containing your enrollment confirmation, safety forms, access to parent space and a parent guide to prepare your child for nature camp.

Common Questions
  • Does applying for financial assistance hurt my child's chances of getting into the camp? Not at all. Admissions and financial assistance are completely separate pipelines. We accept children based on their interest in nature first. Once accepted, we look at how to make the math work for your family.
  • Are there payment plans available? Yes. If you are approved for a partial subsidy but cannot pay your remaining family contribution all at once, we offer interest-free, flexible monthly payment plans. All family balances must be settled prior to the first day of camp.
