A 2-day experiential learning nature session designed to teach the fundamentals of marine invertebrates. Students will learn how to safely find and collect live specimens, explore different animal body plans through guided dissections, and develop scientific observation skills by drawing and labeling key features

- Hands-On Collection: Learn safe, responsible field techniques to find and observe live marine creatures in their natural habitats.
- Anatomy & Body Plans: Understand how different invertebrate groups are built from the inside out through guided dissections.

- A litterless, healthy snack and a refillable water bottle
- quick-dry clothes for messy outdoor play
- Shoes for rocky/sandy shore: Reef shoes or sturdy water shoes are required Raincoat (if rainy)
- Sun protection items you prefer (hat, sunscreen, etc.)
- Insect /Mosquito repellent (please apply before arrival if preferred and a small bottle can be stored in their backpack for the day).
