An Immersive 3-Day Freediving & Ocean Awareness Program
Age 12+, 2 - 5 :30pm, AUG 23,24,25(SUN.MON, TUE)
This is a journey of confidence, self-awareness, and deep connection with the ocean. This 3-day introductory experience guides students through the fundamentals of breathwork, equalization, and natural weight control, empowering them to explore the underwater world safely and freely.

Day 1: Basics & Breath-Holding
- Equipment: Tips and tricks for getting comfortable with your mask and gear.
- Breathing Exercises: Learn how to calm yourself down and see how long you can hold your breath (personal record).
- Shallow Water Practice: Learn to fetch things from the bottom (veli nagan) in shallow water where you can still stand.
- Comfort: Practice opening your eyes and seeing underwater without a mask.
- The Body: Quick intro to how the body adapts to being underwater (the spleen effect).
- Breathing: Start with standard breathing exercises.
- Introduce Fins: Learn how to swim efficiently with freediving fins.
- Equalization: Learn the basics of clearing your ears as you go deeper.
- Diving: Practice diving down using sandbags as targets.
- Tracking: Issay will use his depth computer to track how deep you go.
- Free Exploration: Use the skills learned on Days 1 and 2 to explore a bit deeper.
- No Objectives: There are no strict tasks today. The goal is to move with freedom, explore the reef, and have fun.
